Audra McDonald is unrivaled in the breadth and versatility of her talent as actor and singer. Record-breaking six times winner from the Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards in addition to an Emmy Award she received in 2015 from Barack Obama. McDonald received a nomination for a fourth Emmy in 2016, for her role in HBO's production of Lady Day, at Emerson's Bar and Grill. The Bite is a drama featuring six episodes that are based on an epidemic, produced through Spectrum Originals & CBS Studios. She appeared in the show with Taylor Schilling & Steven Pasquale. She starred in 2009 as she was the U.S. Attorney Liz Lawrence on CBS's legal drama The Good Wife. In 2018, McDonald returned to her role as Liz Reddick as a regular in Paramount+'s The Good Fight. She got three Critics Choice Award nods for her performance. She guest stars in Julian Fellowes historical drama The Gilded Age.
