Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, singer of country music and songwriter, when she was a character on the television show One Tree Hill. She was Alex during three of the season's final seasons. The show featured her in a number of episodes as a new country artist, which allowed her album to reach the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One, the follow-up album from Thirty One in 2015 Thirty One reached the Top Ten. The decade ended with her appearances on Dancing with the Stars, Television films, and other singles not from the album. It was released in 2021 as The self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native that was raised in the country genre. While she was pursuing an acting and recording career, her debut on screen came in the independent horror movie Dead/Undead (2002) when she was still at high school. Guest spots on shows such as All My Children and CSI: NY followed over the subsequent years before she landed the recurring part of Noelle Davenport on NBC's Friday Night Lights during the show's second season, 2007-2008. Kramer next appeared in 90210 for the character of Portia Randson in 2008 through 2009 and also as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. She then joined One Tree Hill's cast in the role of Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the role until midway through the final season of One Tree Hill. I Got the Boy - a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped the album reach the top ten spot on the Billboard 200. In September 2016, her two-month stay on the 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended in a fourth-place finish. In the same year, she made a splash with an adult contemporary hit song called Straight No Chaser's Feels Like Christmas.
