Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958, to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant, and Joseph William Stone 2nd, an ex-tool and die operator as well as a factory worker. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her 3 siblings. Stone was considered academically gifted in her early years and entered the second grade when she was five. In 1975, she graduated from Saegertown high school in Saegertown (Pennsylvania). A winner of Miss Crawford County, she also participated in her first Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone moved to New Jersey in 1977 with her aunt, to take on a job as an actress. In just a few months, Stone signed up for the Ford Modeling Agency. While in Europe, she spent a full year in Milano and Paris. Stone was disillusioned by the fashion industry in Europe, and chose to pursue acting instead. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories", which was a mix-review movie aged 20.
