Shailene Woodley is a famous American actor and activist. She rose to fame with her portrayal in the role of Alexandra King the teen addict on The Descendants. Alongside the highly praised performance she delivered during The Descendants, Shailene has been in a number of roles, which have shown the ability she has to portray tough characters easily. Shailene managed to get an important position in the film industry early in her career. This is itself an accomplishment. She started her career on television and commercials, prior to moving into Hollywood movies.
